A Tribute To Bette's Photographers

From the classic photo of Bette on the back of her first album, to her emerging from a giant clamshell . . . photographs have given us a look into the past, and a way to see and experience what really happened.  However, there wouldn’t be a photograph without a photographer behind that camera, and it is to them that this section is dedicated.  The love and commitment that these talented and amazing people put into their work is evident whenever you see their shots.  Without them, we would never have such classic shots as Bette recording her first album, wearing a fried egg on her head, or dressed up in a hot dog suit.  They have given us a time capsule, not only of Bette’s life and career, but of the fans that have come and gone, the times they lived in, and the history that was made.

We wouldn’t have a visual archive of this amazing women we call The Divine Miss M  it if weren't for these people . . . and so to them I say, "thank you for looking through the lens."
